We have seen and experienced first-hand the health benefits of drinking pure, farm-fresh milk as nature intended, and it is our desire to make it available to the world without extensive processing or chemical additives. Plus, dairy drinkers should know (and taste!) that their milk comes from cows who are cared for and loved. Minimally processed milk is also known to be easier on the digestive system—we’ve seen many who are lactose-intolerant or sensitive to dairy be able to drink our milk without a problem!
Our non-homogenized, cream topped milk is pasteurized using a short-time/high-temperature method which heats the milk to 171 degrees for 18 seconds, the quickly cools it to kill bacteria while maintaining that freshness and straight-from-the-cow flavor.
Our sustainable family farm grows non-GMO crops to feed our cows which supply all our creamery’s Grade A milk. You can be confident when drinking our milk, knowing that you support a farm that adheres to humane animal practices and uses no artificial growth hormones. Studies from the Department of Agriculture, the American Heart Association and American Academy of Pediatrics, suggest that whole milk burns fat, builds muscles, makes bones healthier, lowers blood pressure, and helps prevent certain cancers. I other words, our milk is just plain good for you!
